I started in this industry back in 2009, at my Aunt and Uncle's small retail distribution company. There I helped start a linehaul and brokerage division from the ground up. We grew into one of the best performing brokerage divisions in the Midwest, where we won Guitar Center's 2012 "Linehaul Carrier of the Year". In 2013 I started my own business RB Enterprises of Illinois, Inc. where I ran day to day logistics operations for my clients. In 2016, I knew that if I wanted to get to the next level in this industry, I needed to experience time on the road. So in May 2016, I bought my own truck, got my CDL-A, and started driving full-time, all while maintaining my client's operations. Having this combined experience allows me to understand the minute details of the end to end process, and sets me apart from just your "average" broker.
